As one of our #HumanEnergy in our Contact Centre on our inbound call line, you will be supporting everyday Kiwi's across Aotearoa with all their energy and broadband needs!

Some of your queries may be related to: billing, payment, moving house and everything in between!

This is an inbound call centre so you will be will be answering inbound phone calls on a rostered queue.


Qualifications


No previous contact centre experience or qualifications needed, just a great attitude and being comfortable using multiple computer systems!

We are really big on 360 feedback here at Contact, so that means from your leader/ team mates/ and customers, learning is a everyday occurrence!

Working across multiple systems you’ll need to be comfortable with computers, with a great typing/processing speed to keep up with the mahi!

We aren’t looking for robots and don’t use scripts, so being able to connect with people and hold a convo is a must.
