Position: Temp Account Assistant
Location: Subang Jaya SS14
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.
- Transfer data from a hard copy to a digital database.
- Update customer information in a database.
- To preview transactions and documentation for compliance.
- To check invoices, bills, vouchers, or documents for corrections before entering them into records.
- Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.
- Type in data quickly and efficiently.
- Responsible for any assigned general administrative job.
- To assist in any other task as and when required by management.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Candidate must possess SPM.
- Fresh grade is welcome to apply.
- Able to work under pressure and meet the dateline.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin /Cantonese
- Duration 22nd May - 30th June or Extend till 31st July’23
Remuneration Package:
- Salary RM 80.00 – RM 100.00/day
- 5 days’ work 9.00am – 6:00pm
