Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and talented Social Media Manager/Graphics Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that engage our audience and increase brand awareness. You will also be responsible for designing and creating visual content for our social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate compelling visual content for various social media platforms.
- Design and produce graphics, illustrations, animations, and videos that align with our brand guidelines and target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, using data to make informed decisions about strategy and content creation.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, and incorporate new tactics into our social media strategy.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that all social media content aligns with overall company objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management and graphic design.
- Proficient in Canva, and other graphic design software.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, including speaking, writing, editing, and proofreading.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform social media strategy.
- Positive attitude, creative thinking, and a willingness to learn and grow.
